Still too much wind
Today again a lot of wind from the southwest. We opened only 77 meters so we could try to have a standard period of bird counting. It is not necessary to have all nets open, but we can not close nets or open additional ones (it should be the same meters of net the whole session).
But not much was happening during the morning. We only caugth 18 birds (9 new ones) and we had 7 species. The two norwegian guest and one of the spanish guest left today.
I went in the morning to the point where they were counting the seabirds and "landbirds". There was migration of finches (mainly grønsiskiner) but also landsvaler, piberer and hvidstjerter. But they were not visiting the garden.
No pictures today, lets hope it is better tomorrow, but I have my doubts and I am not a pessimistic person.
With kind regards
Robert
