Quiet day with lots of sun and fresh wind from the southwest
The small numbers in the morning faded at about 8.30 o'clock. The highest number was Chiffchaff (8) with the Robin (7 + 2) in second place.
There are 3 peaks in the movements at Gedser. The low numbers occured because of the "bad" weather from the 8th to 11th of September. The last lower peak suggests that the migration of the Robin is fading, but we know by previous experience that the Migration is at its beginning.
At the Tip 145 Black Scoter and 660 Barn Swallows was the most numerous. At 10 o'clock a Black Kite passed by and later a single Osprey. The 46 outgoing Sparrowhawks we did not noticed much of at the ringing station.
