Hvidbrynet Løvsanger (Yellow-Browed Warbler)
Less wind, so we hoped to find more birds in the nets. There were a few more than the days before, but still not many. We caugth 38 birds of which 8 were recaptures and in total 9 different species (see table).
There was a little surprise: the first Yellow-browed Warbler (Hvidbrynet Løvsanger) of the year. Other highlights were a Sparrowhawk (Spurvehøg) and a Marsh Warbler Kærsanger).

In the moth traps there were a few more species than the days before, but the wind in the night was still too strong.
One was very colourful the Pink-Barred Sallow (Toga-Septemberugle).

But also in day time there are a few interesting butterflies/moths flying around the station: several Gul Høsummerfugle (Pale Clouded Yellow) and one Duehale (Humming-bird Hawk-moth). Of the first one we have a picture, but of the second one is very difficult to get a good picture.

Today Ole had to go to a meeting and that implies no information about the migration at the point, but tomorrow he will be sitting there again.
